Will this work to straighten a perm or at least relax it

I haven't used it for such a process but when I worked in a salon i have combed perm lotion through hair to relax it .

can i use it on colour treated hair

I use this perm on my mother who is 100% gray but colours it ash blonde. There has neverbeen any problems with perming on top of the colour. I can say that my mum is delighted with this perm lasting 16 weeks. Her hairdresser's perms only lasted 10-12 weeks. Not sure what the kind of perm it was. I leave the lotion and neutraliser on 5-10 mins longer than advised as her hair does not take on a perm easily. Good luck!

Will this work on naturally coarse salt and pepper hair ?

I would think so. My hair is very dry with some colorant in. It worked OK for me but I used large curlers.

does this come with a sponge ?

No there isn’t a sponge included with it , I just bought a cheap bath sponge and cut a piece off
