Good for nausea and motion sickness
Honestly, it’s a life saver for me. I suffer from occasional nausea and this always works. Also, it has been amazing helping motion sickness while traveling. I always carry some with me!

Great alternative for nausea especially if you don’t like the taste of ginger. It actually works and I haven’t needed to even take it twice. It works better than my prescription nausea medicine.

Actually work
These are a lifesaver. Currently on GLP-1 medication that occasionally make me nauseous and these help me every time I feel it coming on. I always keep them stocked in med cabinet.
