I can’t take iron supplements and vitamin B12 can upset my tummy too, so discovering these patches is a game changer for me. One patch, left on clean skin for 24 hours, once a week. 30 weeks worth of patches, so super value too. A great idea I’m happy to try out, especially as the vitamins bypass my tummy and go into the blood stream, such a simple solution.

Felt that they were not affective. So I now moved to injections which have changed my life... The injections get into the system so much quicker and you start feeling the affects with in two days.. So unfortunately I will not be buying patches anymore..

These energy patches come in a pack of 30, a long term supply since you only need to use one a week.You stick it onto a clean/hairless area of skin, I chose my upper, under arm area, and remove it 24 hours later.The first time I used these the patch fell off overnight but since then they've lasted the full 24 hours. It takes a little effort to remove them and I do find there's a short term mark left on my arm, but that's possibly just due to the glue.It's certainly a simple way to try and get an energy boost. They're easier than consuming capsules, with any benefits instead being absorbed by the skin.As with all supplements it's impossible to quantify the results but I've certainly had no adverse effects from these so am happy to continue to use them.At £8.43, at time of review, they're certainly great value for money.

It has come to my attention that you were doing 50mg and now its 15mgsI am reluctant to buy the 15mg.I struggle retaining iron, please can you bring back the 50mgsYou would get a 5 with the amount of this i used to buy. Old product would definitely be a 5 star 🌟.
