Damaged
I ordered this in July, discounted, and didn't receive it till about 6 weeks later. It arrived cracked. Good size lamp, but disappointed overall.

Gorgeous lamp but problem with bulb reflection off base
The styling of this lamp is gorgeous. I am redecorating my living area from traditional to transitional styling and this lamp provided the perfect blend. The glass is a paler gold than shown in the photo, but it is gold. (I saw conflicting color descriptions for this lamp across the web.) The shade's fabric made the lamp look less formal, which I also liked. The problem is that when the lamp is on, the bulb and white interior shade are strongly reflected by the glass - becoming what the eye sees first. If the lamp were to be used on a surface higher than an end table, perhaps the reflection wouldn't be as much as a visual distraction. Much to my disappointment, this lamp is being returned.
