Meanwhile, I am so impressed how fast their response to my review and their willingness to work with me on refund and product exchange despite the fact I bought the wrong battery........ The Roomba kept saying charging error 6. I tried to reset or reboot my roomba. Didnt work. It worked immediately with he moment I placed the old battery back. Cannot return now as it passed the return window.

Original battery lasted between 45 minutes to an hour. This new replacement it’s decent but it gets only about 30 minutes and then it’s done the reviews I read before I bought it said it was better than the aftermarkets so it’s OK just not as strong as the original. Said 10/6/23 battery completely died will accept charge

The media could not be loaded. Installed unit right when I received it and utilized it for less than 45 Days. When I go to the irobot app, The battery indicates that it is too low to charge and cannot operate.

This battery is a great replacement for our vacuum. We were going to replace our vacuum because the old battery would only run it for 30 minutes now with this new battery it works for 3hrs.
