I really love this sofa! Everything came really timely and while a little heavy was managable for one person to move and assemble. I really liked how each box had all you needed to assemble the sofa. While having 6 screw drivers and instruction pamphlets may seem excessive, it's much better than not receiving the assembly packet at all. I love the way it looks in my family room and the ability to change the shape of it based on the need of the sofa and the space. This was a perfect solution for me when looking for something for my family space as well as a bed for those who may stay over. And each section opens up as storage! One of the boxes did come damaged enough to cut into the fabric of one of the sections. When I contacted customer service about the damage they were really prompt, receptive and sent a new section right away with no cost to me. That was amazing! I would totally buy from Belfin again.

Got the peacock blue and it looks great. Never bought a couch online before but this exceeded my expectations over anything I found in a store. It’s firm, mid back and lower to the ground for short people like myself. I have back issues and this so far has given no issues.Time will tell if it holds up but this seems much more cost effective than a love sac. Assembly is easy and comes in multiple packages.

I like to try furniture before buying it, but this looked so cool, I had to get it. And I'm not disappointed. I love the color and the fabric. It's super easy to assemble and I love that I can make a comfortable chair, loveseat, couch, bed or several ottomans. It makes my small space incredibly versatile. I've had it for a couple weeks now and it's fantastic. One of the things I love is that the pillows are not attached to the frame - adding to the versatility.Here's my one issue: I bought it because it said pet friendly. Day 1 of my cat on (but not scratching at) the ottoman, the fabric is starting to loop and pull up. Some fabrics are better than others. This one may not be a good choice if you have a cat. THAT BEING SAID, I got some of those stretchy couch cushion covers and put king pillow cases on the couch pillows.Love it!

We generally love our sofa but mostly the cost of it, that it was delivered and we love that we can move the pieces around. We love using this as a bed sometimes and we sleep really well on it.However, in order to enjoy the sofa to sleep on I ended up getting a memory foam and feather topper to add extra comfort, which was perfect in the end but the sofa on it's own isn't that comfortable. The biggest issue is how easily it gets shredded by cats scratching it. So we got blankets to cover it and use tape to stop the cats from scratching but when they do scratch it the fabric shreds, just these long threads come out.We're happy in the end but next time we might go for a more expensive sofa that doesn't require padding.ps. I also really thought the color was more of a charcoal than a black but it's definitely black.

We purchased this to replace a guest bed and enable our room for multi-use. It was easy to assemble. It is firm but very comfortable. My kids have been using it often to lounge and do homework. We purchased 9 cousins - It would be comparable to a queen size bed; however, it was tough getting a fitted sheet on it so we will probably use a top sheet instead. I love the many ways we can arrange the furniture, and I find the storage space very helpful.They proactively called to ensure we received all of our boxes. We had a couple of pulls on 1 cushion. Customer service was excellent, and they promptly sent a replacement.

Somewhat of a challenge to put together since we could not get our hands on the instructions right away but we DID IT and love it so far!!Wish the back was a little higher but it’s ok for us.Just need one more pillow because we want to extend one of the stools and need the backrest , Hoping the company willSell me one!Oh and very well made! All parts were there and nice toolsTo put together!
