Not only is it a great product that’s been super effective for me and kept pests away, but it’s really small and chic. I was nervous that it was going to be large and stand out but I can put it in discreet places to keep away pests and not mess up my decor. I definitely will be recommending this to friends.

I got this because I am having some problems with rats in the basement and it was advertised to be a frequency that cannot be heard by pets (specifically a dog). However, the moment I plugged it in, it was obvious that my dog could hear it and that it was bothering her. Doing further research, this operates in the 23k-25k range, but dog's hearing goes all the way up to 40k. Do not recommend this for those with dogs.

I've been dealing with noises in the attic for years from critters no matter what I tried. I was using a similar product that was also an ultrasonic repeller. However, the single frequency is definitely not working after a while with squirrels, rats, and raccoons getting used to the noise. This one comes with an alternating frequency and lights. No more noises since it was turned on and keeping up so far. Working over 3 months without an issue.

Directions were a little confusing but I have it in place and it's working and it's been working for a month now. I can't attest to its effectiveness because I really haven't had a rodent problem, Only one stray and that was prior to acquiring this

I absolutely love how compact and small this unit is, perfect for someone with an apartment like me!! I tested it over the weekend and everything worked great. I highly recommend this product for the summer!! The strobe light is a nice touch as well and can’t beat the price. And I love when anything delivers the next day!

Caught a mouse within inches of the device. I was expecting the glue traps to be empty.

This item makes a terrible high screeching sound that is audible to people and pets. We thought the word "ultrasonic" meant it was out of human range.---------------It took us a few hours to figure out (and read the directions) that the horrible sound can be silenced for people and pets and only blasted to rodents. It works perfectly. Sorry for the negative review.
