Few extra parts ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Machine is outstanding but... *by A***P on Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2023* I bought this machine "renewed" to save some $ knowing it was potentially used hoping the amazon renew policy was true...that's really where my problem is, the policy states "this product is refurbished and fully functional" that was not the case , when I assembled the machine it's was inoperable due to the previous owner jamming filament between the runout sensor and extruder. That should not be the case in a fully functional machine. It's not a big deal to fix and worth the $100 off but buyer be ware they are not sent back for evaluation.The machine itself functions as advertised. It's extremely impressive how clean it is, fast it run and how accurate the prints come out. The software gui still needs work with its alignment on different size monitors for example my mouse arrow has to be almost 1/2 inch above an icon to get it to highlight and function. The machine does need some adjustments out of the box to give you the best experience like adjustments to belts or wheels as they may be too tight or loose. The ankermake site has a lot of good vids for most situations you'll encounter. Everyone complains about the volume of the fans...to me it's not bad at all just white noise you'll get use too. The machine otherwise is nice and smooth and quiet. If you want fast prints you need fast cooling. The usb c flash drive port is a bad choice in my opinion. Most humans have a standard usb drive having to have a special one just for this is annoying. And creates a real risk with that thing sticking up out of the machine. Sending prints wirelessly direct from the slicer is awesome tho and the machine runs them independently once sent so if your computer crashes after it doesn't affect the machine. You then can make adjustments via the mobile app, machine gui or back on computer app. Overall it's a great machine with room for improvement but as is it does what it claims and is very impressive. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy the refurbished model. *by D***M on Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2023* Every print no matter what kind of filament i use ends up a mess and i really couldnt be more upset.
