I've had this Neewer wide angle lens on my ZV-1 for six months now, and am very pleased with the results. It was easy and quick to mount on the camera, and is well engineered. Both the macro and the wide angle provide new opportunities for both very close up work and for vlogging. The wide angle is perfect for hand held video of oneself without your face taking up too much of the scene, which was an issue with the 24mm lens - this accessory gives you 18mm, which is the same as the Sony ZV-1 Mk ii. It is a little bulkier but overall I've found it extremely useful

An excellent companion to the Sony APS-C kit lens for aspiring architecture photographers, YouTubers and everybody else who wants to shoot ultrawide and travel light at the same time. This comes with a microfiber towel and a bag. This two-part converter attaches to the existing lens. It does give you about 20% more to work with. So it turns a 24mm equivalent (ie the wider end of the typical "16-50mm" Sony APS-C kit lens coming with ZV-E10, A6700 etc) into something like a 19-20mm equivalent. Making selfies, group photos etc that little bit easier to take, especially if you can't zoom out with your feet. Who is this not for? Pixel-peeping purists might sneer at this, and think it is too hacky. Also, this is designed for APS-C lenses so it will not work well on full-frame. But for a value-minded photographer or videographer who's just starting out, this converter lens is a strong choice. And the photos I've taken so far are still pretty sharp.

I ordered this for my Sony ZV1, and I'm glad I did. It took me a while to figure out how to attach the 2nd lens though. (Tip: You have to screw the 2nd lens on top of the Macro Lens when attached to the camera. You can't attach the 2nd lens to the camera without the Macro lens being attached already). Pros: - Great improvement to the quality of the videos/photos taken. - Great against light glares. - Increases contrast and sharpness. - Seems very sturdy / high in quality. Cons: - Makes the camera easily 2x as heavy. Personally, I don't mind, but if you want to keep the camera lightweight for travel, this might become an issue. - It would have been nice to know how to attach the 2nd lens. This wasn't really mentioned in the description, so I had to figure it out on my own.

What an excellent upgrade to my camera. Would honestly recommend this setup. Very impressive results.

I wasn’t expecting this to be great, but was very pleasantly surprised by its fit on both sides of the lens. It is a well made product with the lenses looking well polished, clear and definitive, with no discernible effect on the performance and functionality. Would I recommend this, based upon my experience I would.

The filter isn’t screwing to the extension, manufacturer if you can help or send another lens.. if that’s not possible will return it

This does everything that it was supposed to. Maybe it's me but it also seems to add some extra stabilisation to my video. Definitely recommend

L'ho messo alla prova sia per le foto grandangolari che per quelle macro, ho ottenuto dei buoni risultati. Il mio intento era di avere un grandangolo per la mia sony senza spendere troppi soldi con un obiettivo nuovo e ci sono riuscito.

Mit dem 18mm Weitwinkelobjektiv hat die Firma Neewer das ideale Produkt zum verbessern der Zv1 entwickelt. Da die ZV1 nur ein Objektiv von 24-70mm enthält und es bei 4k dann doch nochmal um einiges gecroppt wird habe ich nach einer Lösung gesucht. Durch die 18mm gewinnt man dann doch nochmal einiges an Sichtweite mit der Kamera sodass ich sehe begeistert war. Die Montage verläuft sehr angenehm enthalten sind neben dem Adapter ebenfalls die beiden Objektive Makro als auch Weitwinkel. Durch den Adapter wird die Kamera etwas schwerer allerdings finde ich es super das man dadurch etwas mehr Stabilität erhält beim Filmen mit der hand da man das Objektiv als Griff nutzen kann Wichtig war ebenfalls das durch den Weitwinkel keine Qualitätseinbußen passieren und es zu keinem fisheye kommt. All diese Sachen passieren nicht und lassen mich echt Begeistern. Jeder der nach einem Weitwinkelobjektiv für die ZV1 sucht ist hiermit bestens bedient.

Buon sistema grandangolare, ovviamente non è ai livelli delle ottiche vere e proprie, però non dispiace avere quel poco di campo visivo in più
