Shame!
I bought this as nothing else would fit the duravit pan that has a massive gap between hinges. I though I had found the perfect seat after trying 2 other ones. I followed the instructions and when it came time to screw it would just spin and not tighten! The toilet seat is loose, I cannot reach the fixtures, and it does NOT have softclose hinges - it slams down! I can't believe I wasted over £100 on this!
