Bring a third hand and a ratcheting screw driver if you want to assemble this unit.
This is my second Safco Scoot stand. I like the first one so much that I bought a second one in a different color. It is durable, attractive, and well-made.I had forgotten, however, how difficult it was to assemble the unit. The directions offer no written explanation -- just an "exploded" drawing, plus a couple of steps in sketch form. The individual pieces are mostly unlabeled, so it can be difficult to determine which piece fits where, and whether it should be placed in front or behind another piece. The starter holes in the wooden top are virtually nonexistent, making screwing in the screws a major chore.Speaking of which --IMPORTANT NOTE -- a regular screwdriver won't work well. You need something that will fit into a tight space, like a ratcheting screwdriver. It is also helpful to have a buddy nearby to hold the various parts in place while you screw the screws into their respective holes.Think of it as a bonding moment with your friend or significant other.Once you have it assembled, you will love it. It is quite nice, and worth the trouble, especially if you and your buddy are still friends at the end of the assembly project.

Great Little Printer Cart
This printer cart was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a cart with rollers and paper storage that I could roll under my desk when not in use. Its sturdy and my Canon Pixma all in one printer sits perfectly on top of it. And, two of the wheels have little break nubs that are easily operated. With the weight of the printer and paper, I don't anticipate it moving too much but it's a nice feature. The only reason I didn't give it a top rating was the assembly instructions and the screws. The instructions could have been MUCH clearer and the screws...let just say it takes some torque to get the screws in.Overall, once assembled its a great little cart!

Love this printer cart!
I really debated after reading the reviews about how hard this was to build. Only 4 screws are really hard and those you want to be hard else the chip board won't hold. Everything else can be done by a hand phillips except for screwing the stand to the top. I did pull my drill out. I also used a bit extension and an extra wide phillips head bit. The only step I missed when I was putting the stand together was at the first step, your screwing 3 pieces together all at once, the back, the side panel and a leg piece and you do that on the other side also. Step one is 5 panels. One thing I was pleasantly surprised about is a ream of 8.5x11 paper will sit on its side inside the unit so you can put about 6 reams in.Enjoy!

Damaged table top
I wanted a second rolling stand for our printer and we had bought this particular rolling stand a couple years ago.I was assembling the stand and the final step was to put the table top on the stand. I unwrapped the table top and it had 2 areas chipped on the top. Shipping box was fine.Called the manufacturer and they said to contact Amazon. Amazon is now sending a replacement but I now have to disassemble the stand and repackage to get a refund. Hopefully the replacement is not damaged.

Nice small printer stand. Easy to assemble as there are only 6 pieces.
I noticed several reviews stating how difficult this was to assemble and the inadequate instructions provide. As for the instructions - Pictures included which is all I needed as a male. :-) I mean seriously, there are only 6 pieces that go together. If you can't handle that I would suggest going to your local office supply store and paying more. I used a battery powered drill with a screwdriver bit which worked fine. The manufacturer did not allow the screw holes to be drilled larger which keeps everything tight and secure. All of the screws tightened up nicely and I did not strip a one. My suggestion would be if you are going to buy furniture requiring assembly, buy a battery power drill and a bit. They are inexpensive and will save you a lot of frustration and possibly even a few expletives.

Bottom shelf not attached.
Decent product. They should design it to attach the bottom shelf to the unit. It's just loose with no attachments at all and I don't like that. I decide to drill my own holes in the center front and back, but that was no easy task to drill through the metal than find the correct screws. Would be easier to work with pre-machine drilled holes. For those who think this would work under a smaller 48" desk, they can forgot it. That's what I intended but there just won't be enough space to sit comfortably to make the best use of your desk surface area. Which is why 60" desks are the standard. You can slip a printer table like this or a two-drawer file cabinet underneath and still have functional leg and deskspace.

Very Nice Stand that Fits Under Desk
Love the Under Desk Printer Stand. BUT my niece (who is very mechanically inclined) assembled this for me with an electric drill (screw bit). She said the screws that came with it were difficult to work with. That being said, it is perfect under the desk and the storage for printer paper is great!

Corner of table broken
Unfortunately I did not notice the corner was damaged until after I started building it. I continued building it as I wanted to see how well the 3D Printer sat on it.Apart from the slight damage, the table is quite sturdy and does look very attractive. There is plenty of space underneath for printing materials and the wheels allow it to move around quite smoothly.I can find contact details for the supplier, otherwise I would have emailed them directly about replacing the top.

My only complaint is that there was a small chip out of the corner but not bad enough to return

Looks good and I love that it has locking wheels.
Well packaged and nothing was missing. The instructions were easy to follow, providing you take time to study the pictures carefully and make sure you get everything the right way around. The only gripe I have is the screw holes in the top were not very big and my husband had to make them a bit bigger. The bottom bit goes on last, but I wasn’t sure if it would scratch the silver parts when it was put in, so put it in before the final step. Sturdy when built and the printer sits nicely on it, with room underneath for spare paper, etc. I love the locking wheels, too.
