I had a job change and sadly had to work nights, we have skylights in the master bedroom and was having trouble sleeping through the day. Found and ordered these, seller actually reached out to me to confirm size and we did make a correction, the fit was perfect and easy to install. A bit pricer then we wanted but high quality finish and they look great so you get what you pay for. Would buy again

I’m so glad we ordered these blinds. They were easy to install and work perfectly, reducing glare and saving us money on air conditioning. I need to buy some trim pieces because mine were made just a tiny bit smaller than ideal, but I didn’t want to return them. It’s possible my skylight windows aren’t perfectly square. Adding a thin strip of moulding was an easy fix. I’m very happy with the quality.

Bought this for a skylight in my bedroom. Was skeptical of how much of the sun it would block out, but it does great can't tell its bright out side! I gave it 4 stars because it is a little difficult to open and close being so high up. All in all though I am happy with it. The sizing was also accurate.

Was easy to measure and order. Arrived quickly (from China no less) and installed easily. Directions were good. Great value. It isn't as high end as the fancy stores or online blinds stores but the price is perfect and that bedroom is DARK!

This shade fit our window perfectly and looks great. The only down side is that they are a paper material and I didn’t realize this. The shade is for the bathroom and the widow leaks tiny drops on rare occasion that would make stains on the old paper shade we had up. I thought this was a material like regular blinds that I could wipe clean. Once this gets stained there is no cleaning it and I will have to replace it but for the high price I’ll end up going back to the old disposable paper shades I was using before.Update: I ordered a second shade from this seller and this time chose the light blocking option and once again it was a great fit! There was a little space between the window frame and the shade but that’s because our house is not perfect so we just added a little insulation sponge stripping around the edge and it was perfect! As for the shades being a paper material, I used plastic weather sheets over the windows before I put up the shades to keep any leaks from staining the shades. Definitely a legit company to order from. Thank you!

I ordered two of these for our skylights. One of them installed and adjusted tension easily. For the other one, we heard the sound of a small plastic piece falling to the ground when we unpackaged it. We couldn't find the plastic piece and weren't sure if it was unimportant and part of the packaging or not. Turns out it was important, as we quickly found out that the blind was impossible to tension properly. After deconstructing the blind and inspecting it, we found the string that is used to tension the blinds was slipping through the cellular shades because the knots had been improperly tied (two in series instead of two on top of each other). The issue with the knots is also what presumably allowed a small grommet to fall out and to the floor when it was unpackaged (the sound of a plastic piece falling to the ground that we heard). We were able to re-thread the blinds using a long needle and found a small washer that worked as a makeshift grommet since we were never able to find the original. After reassembling the blinds, we found the strings used for tensioning were significantly too long to properly tension the blinds and had to be trimmed much shorter.In addition, one of the side aluminum pieces was missing one of the pre-drilled holes used for mounting, so we had to drill our own.If both blinds had been like the first one we installed I would have been pretty happy with our purchase, but the other one was a lemon and soured the experience, turning what should have been a trivial install into a multi-hour project.The blinds themselves work as advertised (once installed) and do a great job in blocking sunlight and heat.

Simple to build. Bought 2. Hardest part was tensioning strings equally and evenly so the blinds didn’t hang crooked and so that they weren’t hard to open/close. Took a few times pulling them tighter to find the sweet spot. Keeps the room much cooler without the sunlight coming in.

When I saw this product on Amazon, I thought it was a very nice looking , quality product. In this case, looks are totally deceiving. These blinds are junk! I have done home projects like this all my life with not much problem. This was very bad. The ends kept falling off, the shade slides all over and out of track when trying to install. They are not meant to be installed in a ceiling , for a skylight. There were no directions( even though I could figure it out) ,but it would have been nice. They cost a heck of alot, so I thought they would be good quality. I was wrong . Also, I can not get a refund! I have spent thousands of dollars as a loyal Amazon customer. This was a slap in the face. I will be doing alot more in store shopping for now on.
