Did not receive any instructions for setting it. Had to go to website to find information.
Training a puppy.She responds well to it but just used it a few times.

Waste of money!
Whistles make a relatively loud whistling sound when blown. We can hear it but it has no effect, whatsoever, on the three barking dogs in the house behind us. Have tried adjusting the pitch level as the instructions state and that has no effect either. Very disappointing! These were a waste of money. I'd give them a rating of 'zero', if that was possible.

Not quite a dog whistle
Even when the adjustment was set to the highest frequency, I could easily hear the whistle. So, I tested the actual frequency and it was only 11KHz... NOT the usual 30-40KHz that is expected. It sounds like a cheap bosuns whistle (boat whistle)
