Updated my review to 5 stars.If there is an issue with the new calling board (doesn’t seem to be so far) I’ll come back and update my review again.*Original Review*The ball calling board came cracked right out the box. On top of that, the two calling board pieces are difficult to put together & take apart-I am sure that the crack will inevitably lead to the entire board cracking in half at some point, probably soon.I definitely question the durability of the calling board, but the rotary cage, bingo cards, and bingo chips seem to be fine in regards to craftsmanship & durability.I definitely appreciate the velvet bingo chip storage bags (x2) which are conveniently the same size as the bingo cards, so just put all the chips on a card, insert the card partway into the velvet bag & slide the chips off into the bag. It’s a fast way to collect all the chips.Though the calling board being cracked didn’t impede with playing the game, I imagine it eventually will once it fully breaks. Plus it’s kind of an eye sore especially given it’s right out the box & id like to have a nice looking set.The balls were easy to dislodge from the grate, just spin them with index finger and thumb, and they pop out without any nubblies.Rotary cage spins with no problems and dispenses balls without issue. Sometimes it will take 2-3 turns for a ball to come out, and spin too fast and balls with fly out everywhere lol. Go slow and steady and it dispenses just fine.My family had a great time playing this bingo set, especially because I bought a couple fidget/party favor sets to give away as prizes to the winners. Win a game, get a prize of your choice. Kids loved it & were super excited to play & hopefully win. My kids are 13, 12, and 7.We played close to 10 rounds on our first sitting. We all took turns spinning the rotary cage, calling out the balls & took turns helping place the balls on the calling board so the caller had time to place their chips and play along with everyone else. Good way to get everyone involved.I’ll contact support & see if they’ll replace my calling board-If they will, I will come update my review and change my star rating.

My grandson’s love this bingo game. Mainly because they get to spin the cage and it’s easy to check if you missed a letter.It’s absolutely the best game I’ve ever bought them. Our whole family plays and we love it.

Overall this bingo game was pretty good. I liked that is contained everything that you needed to play. We had about 12 people playing and had more than enough chips for everyone to have 2 cards. The spinner ball worked well and we didn't have any issues using it.What I didn't like was that the board came in 2 pieces to be snapped together. They went together ok but in fear of breaking it, I chose not to try to take it back apart to fit in the box. The balls also need to be taken apart. They came apart "hard" but not impossible. Some of the balls also did not come out cleanly and had little pieces of plastic left on top or bottom.

We did Bingo for family gathering with age group of 4-82....it was perfect! So much fun. We had silly, fun prizes to add competition. Made well and easy to use.

Just right for that family gathering. Larger balls and the varied colors made it much easier for old stiff fingers. Larger size of basket and stand gives a better balance.

The kit comes very complete . I am a therapist and use it for my geriatric patients, and they love it. However the pieces to cover the numbers are small so I use a clear cover on the cards and use have them stamp on the numbers.
