Taking it with either lecithin types, will multiply it's effects. BTW, helps shrink gall and kidney stones, increases food, med absorbtion, lowers appetite, etc. If you really like to eat a LOT of food, this combination will lower cravings. I did mention my synthroid. One improvement of this milk thistle over the one I used to take, guaifenestn for allergies also caused dry mouth and thirst. This one changed that. It's hard to find affordable supplements these days that are made from natural ingredients, not man made chemicals tied up in a bow, calling them something they really aren't. This company has a website where they state their supplements are all made in the USA and made from all natural ingredients.
