These pull out broken screws in aluminum heatsinks in car audio amplifiers with ease! So much better than trying to drill out tiny screws and risk leaving behind a sliver of metal to burn up a freshly repaired/ refurbished amplifier.These pliers have definitely paid for themselves with the lack of frustration in removing broken screws/ bolts.They have a permanent place on my bench!! Great tool. Now I understand the price. You get what you pay for. Very sturdy and well made. Should last a lifetime.Now to get a couple for my work truck.

I’m an ATV mechanic for a rental fleet and I use these daily to remove alignment dowels in engines. They work very well without damaging the dowel. The mini pliers work really well for carburetor bowel screws that get stripped also.During my daily oily use of these pliers, one of the rubber handles fell off. 100% my fault. I reached out to Vampire Tools on a Friday to ask what adhesive they recommend. They got back to me the next Tuesday with a recommendation but said they’d rather replace my pliers! By the next Friday, I had my new pair in my hands. Fantastic customer service and an amazing tool. I’ll be buying the rest of the set soon.

After one week of use the small pliers rubber grips came off, and the metal wire I am using them on is damaging the pliers. That said I really like how versatile they are. They work great for a number of tasks. The smaller pair ride well inside a pocket, and are easy to keep on hand.

I came across these pliers when I was looking for a better tool for removing roll pins. I rebuild transmissions and these went on my peg board with the other tools used too often to put back in the tool box. They are that useful. The small one will grab a roll pin from a Ford E4OD/4R100 manual lever with ease. I have removed many stubborn lineup dowells too. If you use these for the right application, they really are a game changer. I do wish the larger pair had a little different geometry so it could close more over larger diameter pins/bolts. It's hard for me to squeeze tools when they are still spread open some because I have had surgeries in my hands that affect my ability to squeeze things. That's really not a complaint, though. I definitely love these.Also, the way they put the rubber on the handles is just great. It doesn't slide off when a little oil gets on the tool. All my Snap-On, Mac Tools, Matco, etc that have the dipped handle sleeve things are pathetic. They slide off with ease after some oil gets behind the rubber. These ones seem like the rubber is somehow bonded to the tool in a very secure fashion.Definitely buy this if you work on transmissions.

The outrageous excellent design of these pliers is a huge game changer when it comes to gripping and twisting anything. The purchase comes with 2 pliers, the big one and a second smaller one (which my wife uses for her crafts and jewelry assembly.) Both are far superior to all the other pliers we've used for years. 5 Star product for sure.

This product is extremely well made and a great idea. There are many choices of combinations packs or single plier options. I went with the standard/large size 8" and the 4.5" mini pliers; that combination will cover everything. The big pliers will take care of medium to large bolts, and the mini is perfect for small screws. I don't see a need to order the mid-sized pliers or the needle nose, these two will do it all. It is one of those tools you might not use all that often, but when you need it you will be glad you ordered it. I am very happy with my purchase.
