We owned two of these. I wanted to love the bottle because of the glass insert. The size was nice for our then 6m baby learning to drink from a cup. However, if you are using the handle, the bottle will leak everywhere. Both our bottles did this. It wasn't a big issue for us since our baby was able to hold the bottle with ease since the bottle is on the slimmer side. There are also a lot of parts to wash. It didn't bother us, but it may be a con for others. The glass is also quite thin and does feel fragile compared to your typical pint glass.Our first bottle lasted about 6 months before the glass broke while washing in the sink. We ordered a replacement insert on Amazon which was NOT compatible with this bottle (apparently there are 2 versions of this cup?). We didn't love the bottle, but liked it enough to order another one. The second one broke within a few days. I noticed when I picked it up from the counter that there was a puddle of water underneath. Turns out the glass insert had a corner that had completely broken off as if it was sliced off. Not reordering again.

This is a great bottle/sippycup and my daughter loves it.

We really wanted a sippy cup with a glass insert rather than plastic for our child. They seem to work great and he has no problem drinking from the straw, and it is nice that they come apart to be easily cleaned. However, if they get dropped on hardwood floor or any other really solid surface, they almost always crack. I have bought nearly a dozen of these, and I only have one glass insert left. They do not sell any replacement glass inserts, so I have all but one useless cup at this point. If they sold a pack of replacement glass, I might be OK with it because glass is better than plastic. But at $20 apiece and one drop they are gone, it makes no sense.

We have this brand but not the one that has the glass insert like this one, and we loved it, but not this one- I didn't realize it had the glass insert- so this makes it a little more difficult to clean just because it has more parts. Also, I've had a heck of a time with it leaking. Unless you screw the top on JUST right it will leak. It soaked my little guys clothes completely before I realized it was leaking. The handle also has to get locked in place with the sippy part, which may contribute to the trickiness in getting it to not leak.

We have the same cup purchased many years ago that we love but this one is not as good of quality. We use this with a 1 year old who likes to drop it and the lid comes loose, releasing much of the contents. The plastic also cracked after only a few weeks of use while the other previous cup has no problem with the same use (dropping and all).

I love this sippy cup for my little one, non toxic and it doesn’t spill. It’s pretty easy to clean but it would be neat if it came with its own cleaning brush and an extra glass replacement. The size is ideal, though I would love the cover to have a more secure feature once on.

These worked fine for a few months until milk started leaking out of the bottom (even with the bottom part screwed in as tight as it could go) and the straw and other parts that held the straw in stopped working so baby could not get any milk out of it. We’d have to change out the straw to a different set of parts halfway through the every bottle which was extremely inconvenient, frustrated my child, and doubled the amount of dishes I had to do. The “sippy” spout also was non functional and he couldn’t get milk out of it. I tried the spout even to see if it worked and the only way to get milk out was to bite down on the spout which is completely ridiculous. Especially for the price this is such a ripoff.

I was so excited to have a nontoxic option for my baby and had read and watched reviews about it being drop-proof, but the second time we used it it fell from the high chair and the glass broke. Super bummed!
