Not very cooling
Bought this for my dog, is a very thin fabric and my dog ends up getting too hot laying on it and having to go lay elsewhere. Good as a dog bed but not as a cooling mat

Hard to say if it's working yet, but at the moment seems to retain heat
I do like the concept of these cooling mats, as my cat often spends too much time in the sun and doesn't know when to cool down. This is a sizeable mat and would suit a medium ish sized dog well enough, and a large one but it wouldn't fit completely on it. It seems quite breathable and the fact that it's machine washable makes it a plus point. It is quite thin but I think it needs to be for the use you get out of it. You probably could put it in the freezer if you wanted to have that extra coolness to it before heading out somewhere, but I know that my cat wouldn't use it if it was too cold.We haven't really had that intense, hot weather yet so can't really comment on how good it is until that happens. First impressions are good so far, though, and my cat did sit on it for a short while when it was folded, so she at least finds it somewhat comfortable to use. I think, for now, I will place it in her favourite sun spot and allow her to get used to it for the inevitible months of heatwave. For £15.99 (and a 30% off discount as of May 2023) this is decent.

I laughed because it was shocking.
I bought two for my mini labradoodles to go in their crate and when i unpacked them... they were basically the size of a face flannel. So pointless and not cooling.
