Bad quality.
Its good that I looked at it before use.Under transparent band I fount few solder balls that were definitely bridging some pins - I removed them with tweezers.After that it was OK, and adaptor works.

Serial Purchase
Works perfectly, I accidentally bought two more (wanted hc-06 BT module, probably reordered while drinking too much Merlot or Captain Morgans Spiced Rum.. Either way I've decided to keep them as surplus.. So that should tell you I think they work well)
