This argan and carrot oil body milk and exfoliating soap are wonderful. They are made with good ingredients. The soap smells amazingly pleasant. The soap is refreshing and made with glycerin, licorice extract, glycolic acid, carrot oil, and more. The body milk is thick, creamy, and luxurious. The body milk is a wonderful moisturizer that brightens and nourishes the skin. It softens the skin and makes it smooth ànd supple. The body milk has a lovely, light, floral scent. These products are excellent and high quality. 😃

MAKARI Extreme Argan & Carrot Seed Oil Skin Toning 2 Piece Gift Set Reminds me of the kind of products you’d see in a high-end boutique.The soap comes in an adorable tin container, is wrapped in plastic, and is nestled within a plastic tray. It has a very strong orange scent that is refreshing. It lathers nicely and rinses easily, leaving skin with a “squeaky-clean” feeling. It contains licorice extract and arbutin for brightening and glycolic acid for serious exfoliating. I haven’t used it long but do notice an improvement in the texture of skin. Because this is a stripping soap and I am 49, applying moisturizers and oils after using it is a must.The body milk comes in a solid metal bottle and contains 16.8 ounces. It’s a medium-consistency lotion that absorbs very quickly into my skin. It contains the same ingredients as the soap in addition to vitamin C and E and allantoin. It’s not the most hydrating moisturizer I’ve used so I tend mix it with some pure jojoba oil. The scent smells very strongly of lilacs. It makes it difficult for me wear this since I get headaches from scents this strong.The bag is decent quality, gold-flecked, has a zippered top, and is lined with plastic which is nice for carrying products and cosmetics because it’s easy to clean.Overall, this is a decent set but I do feel it’s overpriced and the scent is pretty strong so there are going to be some folks who won’t be able to use it.

This has been great so far! I have a really dark mark that has not really lightened with exfoliation or other creams but I have seen a great lightening effect in that mark after a few applications. It does take time but in the meantime it has a nice light scent and feels hydrating and my skin even looked hydrated. The bag is big but the look makes it look pretty cheap.

Gorgeously packaged set. The bag it comes in is beautiful and well stitched. The soap is in a very retro tin and is huge. The lotion is quite a nice size too. Both the soap and lotion are great to use. I cant speak to the toning effect but its definitely a cleansing and moisturizing set. The fragrance smells a bit citrusy rather than carrot but its pretty all the same. This would be great as a gift.

The soap is fine. It is an exfoliating soap. It helps a fair amount. Scent is strong.The lotion is fine. It comes with a bunch if warnings to not apply it to face or light areas of the body.The overall presentation of the items felt tacky to me.

This is a high quality, beautiful set. It comes in a large, gold distressed bag that could be reused as a makeup bag. The body milk is in a 16oz glass bottle and is so rich and creamy. Smells great and soaks right into your skin. The exfoliating soap is contained in it's own tin, which could also be reused for other items or knick knacks. The blend of carrot and almond oil is a great moisturizer that will help minimize skin discoloration and bumps. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to love this set but to me, its just overpriced for what it is. You can find the same ingredients in another product for much less. The soap is heavily scented. I was hoping this would help with exfoliation, as I struggle with getting a clean shave on my legs, but this didn't act any better than a normal gentle body wash. No change in coloration. Moisturizer is hydrating but again, scent to me is heavy. Didn't leave skin greasy. Oddly I like the tin, but not for keeping the soap.
