Good product, feels like new
Got this with a coupon & card discount at 17K in October 2023. The phone came in original Samsung box, with a bar code sticker indicating it is renewed. Not a single scratch on the phone. Feels like brand new product. Apart from few minor bugs faced initially like phone restarting on its own (happened only a few times), false positive warning about water in usb port, didn't face any major issues till date. Liked AMOLED display, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, good camera, 4+5 years update policy, NFC, Dimensity 1080 mid range processor. I don't use it for gaming. It lacks HDR support for video but this is not a big deal for me. Hate water drop notch.

Mobile is rooted
The phone is like new condition Only one light scratch on mobile.no hardware defects.Coming to cons its about the software the mobile came rooted which nulls the Samsung warranty and you can't use nox security features and it's a security risk unless you know how to relock OEM.I have brought this from Mobex refurb and it's a Malaysian unit take caution before buying a refurbished mobile and now Amazon is not even accepting replacement

BAD QUALITY PHONE
Giving so much problems, after every 15-20 minutes it will restart automatically .I want to return this phone, from 19 august i am creating the return request but no one coming for pickup and they write in comment that house is locked , they don't even call me
