No More Ash Dust - Worked perfect on My PowerSmith PAVC101 Ash Vacuum
Bought a PowerSmith PAVC101 ash vacuum years ago and vacuum was starting to exhaust ash dust all over the place. This ash vacuum filter was extremely easy to replace and did the job. No more dust spraying all over the house. As a tip, I would highly recommend that you change the filter outdoors as ash / dust will get everywhere.

100% better than original
As you will see in the photos. Dog approved too ! The original is flimsy compared to the replacement. Great quality, extra thick to stop the fine dust. The measurements are wrong in their description this will fit most ash can vacuums. Replace your original now!

Vacuum works like new again
If you have a vacuum not sucking any more buying new filters and ash filter (bag) are a must! I bought both and my vacuum is working like brand new!!

Fits a PAVC-101- Size in Product description is incorrect - (Package size is 5X5X2) NOT Filter size
My vacuum began leaking soot. I went directly to the manufacturer's website to research. These filters are sold on Amazon from the PowerSmith store and the manufactures website states they will fit a PAVC-101. I took a chance that the description as noted was incorrect and ordered one out of desperation. It did fit and the size is more like 11.5X6.5 like the original. WHEW!Now the packaging is small, tight and the filter is folded to fit inside :(I removed the filter and immediately hand molded the shape to circular and heated it up on the pellet stove.I repeated this process multiple times over a day and VOILA! It fits the vacuum perfectly so I am back in business :) I ordered another filter as a spare so I don't get caught unprepared again.To the manufacturer and supplier.......PLEASE PUT THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Does what it’s supposed to do
I ordered this because the one I had was full of ash that I couldn’t seem to get out by shaking it. I had no idea it was washable! Like having a second one so that when one gets too full I can switch them.

This filter works perfect for the power smith ash vac. Love the ability to wash out filters instead of buying new one and just throwing old ones away. It fits perfectly and it is nice to have a back up filter.

Comes folded in half and needs some lovin to make it stay in lace on the vacuum.
I love my ash vac that I have had for over a year and no problems. However it can vacuum out hot ash is not true because it fried my filter and part of the cage inside. Thought the ashes were cool enough but must had been mistaken!

Great filter,very durable
As a wood and pellet stove technician I'm now using a power smith ash vac 2 to 5 times a day for the last 6 months and have great success with these filters ...keeps all the soot and ash from customers houses especially fine pellet stove ash the filter is easy to shake clean very durable ..I have 2 spare filters at hand (just in case one fails which so far my original one is still great)overall a great filter does exactly what it's designed for.
