Have used this product consistently for 30 days and after a week or so I've noticed my energy levels improved immensely alongwith my digestion has also been good. Taste felt a bit off at the start but got used to it. Great product for us working professionals!

This tastes very bad. It's like drinking a tonic. Makes me almost vomit. I don't know who the f is giving 5 stars to this. Very challenging to consume. Can't use this in smoothies either. It can't go with milk. Too expensive as well. Forgot about the benefits when you can't even consume it to begin with. Don't buy it.

Its a great product. I am lactose intolerant so I keep needing pre and pro biotics . This one is of the best I tried in recent years. But the only con is that the green color comes from food colouring agent. Which is unnecessary
