Quality assurance prior to shipping
Arrived on time gave to electrician to fit fixed to ceiling and didn’t work upon further inspection he said it had been fitted before as the side hole had been drilled out with him having to drill further holes to fit to ceiling my proof of it not working prior to fitting I just binnedFirst time I have had any problems with an item not working
