A: Generally, this is caused by insufficient amount of ordinary hand soap. We recommend that the ratio of ordinary hand soap to water is 1:3. It is recommended to add more hand soap, shake well and try again

### ⭐ Complete Waste of Money – Faulty Sensor and Terrible Support

I am giving this Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser a 1-star rating, though I would easily give it 0 stars if that were an option. Initially, this product worked great, but that didn't last long. About 4 months into using it, it completely malfunctioned and started dispensing soap randomly on its own throughout the day. I tried moving it up much higher on the wall away from the counter thinking something was reflecting into it, but it kept happening. Charging was not the issue, and thoroughly cleaning the sensor didn't fix it either. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer support, they gave me the wrong contact information. After a frustrating back-and-forth of emails, I just gave up, threw the product away, and didn't even want to bother with a refund or a return. I just wanted to be done with it. Avoid this product.
