Coolski Commercial Ice Machine 450LBS/24H, Cubes Ice Maker with Storage Bin

Our restaurant’s old ice machine was becoming unreliable, and we needed something compact but powerful. This machine has been a fantastic replacement. Even though it's much smaller than our previous unit, it produces plenty of ice and keeps up with our daily demand without any issues. One feature I really appreciate is the digital control panel. It allows us to easily adjust settings, monitor operation, and control the machine with just a few touches. The display is clear and user-friendly, making it simple for staff to use.

Zero Stars!!! Customer service for this machine and company are non existent. I've had issues with my machine not making ice since the day I set it up. This machine breaks down every few months and here I am again with a broken down machine. Its under warranty and I cant get ANYONE to return calls, voice mails or emails. Ive left a ton! This company is a joke and so is their ice machine. Buyers be ware!!! You've been warned!!!! **UPDATE** I stand by my review! After finally getting in touch with customer service, they sent me the new part to try and fix my issues. I had to replace the part myself! I got it swapped out and am still having issues. I've sent them nu.erous pictures and have numerous text messages back and forth from customer service, as well as numerous documented phone calls. I was given the option of either having a new ice machine and bin sent to me or a full refund. I told them I'd be happy with either option. Well months have gone by and its once again Radio Silence. They have completely ghosted me. The machine is still under warranty for 4 more months and they refuse to make this situation right. Terrible company, terrible products, and terrible customer service. I'll NEVER purchase another thing from this company and have warned all my industry friends to stay clear away!! Buyers, you've been warned!!

Great ice maker. Bought it for filling ice chest when going out on the boat. I’ve gone out on the boat one time this year. Then I thought it would be cool to buy an electric ice chest so I don’t have to use ice. I guess I have more money than sense. lol

Purchased in November 2025. Works good. Use in church gym kitchen and the ice supply is sufficient. Since installation I found little pieces of black plastic falling onto the ice. I inspected it regularly and removed the pieces. It finally subsided after a about six months. Maybe it came from the ice-making components but I'm not sure. I'm ordering another one for use elsewhere and I hope it doesn't have the same issue. I like the machine though. It doesn't seem to be too noisy to me.

A lot of the ice machines sold on amazon aren't of good quality. This machine is a legit commercial unit. Setup is easy and minimal programming is needed. Basically turn it on and it starts cranking out ice. The customer service team is awesome with helping on all tech service requests. They have been very quick to respond and send replacement parts if needed. Highly recommend this machine it has been a game changer for my business keeping my employees hydrated and cool in the summer months.

I purchased this ice machine in Jul 2025 and it workded great for about 4 months. Since that time it has been nothing but a problem and I have been unable to get any support for the produce. The ice tray will freeze over causing the water to run constantly. No ice is produced as a result. I have thourghly cleaned the machine numerous times and while it will produce about two trays of ice it then freezes over. I have reached out multiple times to the service number provided with no results. Ridiculous to spend this kind of money for a machine that funtioned for less than 6 months. Save your money.

I would recommend this ice machine. It works great. You do need to clean the machine regularly as recommended as I learnt today. I called technical support for help. They did a FaceTime call with me and showed me how to do it. The gentleman also sent me a video link showing me how to perform the descaling in detail. Great customer support.
