Plain old creatine without any added flavor for a good price compared to smaller presentations. It works fine. Do your research about how it works and what you can expect before buying and regretting afterwards because of something you should've known. That said, I got no side effects, no upset stomach and I've gotten additional, heavier reps. I don't know if it could disolve faster of better because even after putting it on a bottle and shaking vigorously, some solid particles still remain, but I don't mind that. Also, you may need a prybar to open the bucket. That was my case for sure, but it's nice to see it's well packaged.

In organic chemistry one is faced with unintended side reactions, which may or may not be harmful, but typically are. As a parishioner in the Church of Creatine, the only thing to go one, since we are not provided an assay, is how it makes us feel. At 10g/day I didn't get a headache, or feel nauseous, or get a stomach ache which indicates to me that this stuff is alright.

My bucket arrived in good condition, the lid is sturdy and holds on well. One downside of the lid is that when you put it back on, it may push air into the container and make a tiny amount of powder come out, insignificant to me, but worth pointing out. It has very little flavor if you are a person sensitive to such things, I usually don't taste it at all.

I like buying massive amounts of creatine to force myself to go to the gym more. This is a lot of creatine for the price, and it looks cool in your room lol. Mixes easily and tastes like nothing, and definitely works.
