This is the 3rd olive oil mister I ordered on Amazon. The first one worked pretty well but the spray mechanism broke after a few months. The second one produced a spray, not a mist. That was not useful at all, what you need is a mist to evenly coat your food or pan, otherwise you might as well use a spoon. So that second one ended up in the trash. This third one is by far the best one. It produces a very fine even mist which coats the bottom of the pan evenly. It holds more oil (less refilling) and it has a wide mouth so it is easy to refill without spilling. This is like hitting a home run after you swing and miss twice.

L’ho presa e mi ha sorpreso in positivo. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la possibilità di scegliere tra il getto spray e il versamento normale: basta un piccolo movimento del tappo e si passa da uno all’altro. La utilizzo quotidianamente: per condire l’insalata, per un filo d’olio nelle padelle antiaderenti, oppure quando voglio dosare meglio durante le cotture in friggitrice ad aria. È molto comoda da impugnare, anche se non è enorme, e il vetro spesso la rende solida ma elegante. Occhio solo a non lasciarla esposta alla luce diretta troppo a lungo, perché è trasparente. La pulizia è facile: la bocca è abbastanza ampia da permettere il passaggio della spugna, e i residui non si incrostano. Per ora la uso solo con olio d’oliva, ma va benissimo anche con aceto, limone o salse leggere. Un piccolo dettaglio che ho apprezzato è il beccuccio che non gocciola: non sporca il piano e non fa quei fastidiosi “fili” d’olio. Insomma, un oggetto semplice ma ben pensato.
