TERRIBLE TASTE AND NO CHLORINE REDUCTION
I put this filter into use and thought maybe the taste of the outlet water would go away if I continued to run it, but there was a weird rubbery taste to the water coming out even after running it for 20 minutes at 1 gal/min. I proceeded to buy a chlorine test kit and tested the before and after water. After running the filter for 30 minutes, and testing both the inlet and outlet water it was obvious the filter did not reduce the chlorine amount AT ALL! This is truly a terrible product and I wish I did not wait so long to put it into use because now I cannot get my money back.

DON'T BUY THESE!
Black dust comes out even alter a LONG time of running water thru the filters. The glass bottles we us for drinking water had black in the bottom of the bottles after very little use! Wish I could send them back, but the widow of return has expired. The filtered water also taste BAD and has a four smell to it! We have used filters like these from other companies for over 12 YEARS and have never had these problems!
