THis is one of the worst belts I have bought. I can't remove the pads to replace the used ones. Only had this item less then a week and used it three times and one of the pads had a whole going right to the connector. I didn't even want to give it one star. I am going to purchase a better quality item like I have in the past that lasted a few years.

Intensity, stimulation of muscle contraction is great. Cloth material allows for comfort along with staying in place tight to skin. I am pleased I ordered this stimulator as an addition to my personal workout. I can wear this while I am doing planks and working on my Pilates board

Difficult to use but when ya get it going it does stimulate. The sticky pads are a pain to use. The instructions were small and not helpful and forget about the app, it's a joke.Save your money.

Purchased in July 2023 and the belt stopped working in February 2024. Per Domas policy, you cannot get the unit replaced after 6 months. Have watched videos and tried to trouble shoot with no success. For a unit costing over $100.00, I am highly disappointed with the very short product life span. Unreliable product.

Sorry, but this device alone is not going to give you a ripped 6-pack. If it did, everyone would be waking around looking like a print ad model. Now that you have set aside your disappointment of not getting an effort free 6-pack, lets discuss what this device can do for you.Using this device quite effectively causes your core and side muscles to contract and relax quite rapidly. This can assist in toning and defining these muscle groups. When the device is running you quite definitely feel the contractions. Even afterwards you know that something has taken place. Alone, this is not going to create the 6-pack you desire. However, if utilized in combination with an exercise regime, this will help you create the 6-pack you desire.The muscle contractions that this device can produce range from very mild to quite strong. There are some settings and intensity levels that can cause mild discomfort. After running these cycles you definitely can feel the "workout" that you received. The nice thing about this belt is that after a while you don't really notice that you are wearing it. You can run your cycle while doing your daily routine. I have worn everywhere from watching TV to vacuuming the floor. It is totally unobtrusive and does not hinder any activities.Probably the greatest negative about the DOMAS Ab Belt is how lacking the instructions are for the belt and the app. However, everything is pretty intuitive. While you can control the belt manually, I found that using the app made things so much easier. I had no issues connecting the belt's control module to the app. Within the app, there are several different program settings that you can choose from. While there isn't much explanation for each of the cycles, I found that just playing with them helped me find the cycle that I felt worked my core the best.I found that I was able to get two 20 minute workout cycles in before I had to recharge the battery. Now, I was using pretty high intensity levels. I am sure that if you lowered the intensity, you would find that the battery life would last longer. I also think that you could get longer use from the unit if you were not using the app. After the 40 minute mark, the unit was still powered on, but I was getting bluetooth disconnects that required me to charge the controller to get it to work with the belt again. Thinking that this was not a very long charge time, I investigated things a little more. I found that after running about two program cycles in the app, the app would most often loose the bluetooth connection. To remedy this situation, I would force the app to stop and restart. Once I did that, the app would then connect to the control module. I then found that I could get about 4 hours of continuous use from a charge. Hopefully there will be an update to the app to resolve the disconnecting issues.Overall, I think that if you are looking tone your core and you are willing to put in the work, this Abdominal Toner will help you achieve the results you desire. The belt is well made and feels like a quality product. The belt comes with an extra set of pads and they seem readily available on-line. I think if you decide to purchase this belt, you will be quite pleased with its performance.

I received my belt yesterday and, it's quite interesting. I've never used one of these before. It comes with the belt and several pads that you place on the Belt. Mildly simple to use. You're supposed to click the power button three times for 3 seconds to turn it on which if you don't do it right it will not turn on. Then you have different settings as far as the intensity goes. I just hit the button a few times to figure out which pattern that I liked and slapped it on I definitely feel it working doesn't hurt and it's pretty comfortable to wear. I even wore it to use the restroom. I don't feel so or anything because this is the day after that I'm doing the review. All in all I feel like it works. Will you have abs overnight heck no of course with exercise and proper eating I'm sure this helps to Aid in the goal you're trying to get achieve. It's also easy to travel with you can wear it under your clothing it's not super bulky but if you wear it under your shirt it might be a little noticeable.
