Perfect seal and fit with LockNFlate Tire Inflator with Milwaukee M18 Inflator
I used the purple Permatex hydraulic thread sealant on the 1/4" NPT threads as I always do, I find it is a better seal than teflon tape and provides some threadlocking capability as well (I'd rank it between blue and red threadlocker strength). Just a quick turn with a 9/16" open ended wrench and it was perfect on the LockNFlate open flow inflator adapter. First time I clamped onto the Schrader valve of my tire, it sealed up just fine without any leaks. The Milwaukee M18 Inflator onboard gauge is also dead accurate. It matched my JACO gauge down to the tenth of a psi. I was genuinely impressed with the performance of the Milwaukee M18 Inflator along with the LockNFlate adapter, as well as this 1/4 NPT to Schrader valve adapter.

Great addition to my Milwaukee M18 inflator
This is a pricey item but well made and should last a long time. Put it on my milwaukeeM18 tire inflator and it's much easier to air tires up now.

A little pricy but bought a pair to convert some of my 110 volt air compressor chucks to use on my Milwaukee M18 air compressor.

Winterize hoses with your portable tire inflator
Got tired of rolling my wheeled compressor around to purge my various yard hoses so I came up with this workaround to use my portable tire inflator. Everything came from Amazon. Search for "Schrader 1/4 NPT" to get the inflator adapter, "Hose Blowout" for the M/F pressure hookups, and "1/4 Female Coupler" for the piece needed to quick-connect between the inflator and the blowouts. Also got the portable inflator from Amazon. It's a Fanttik X8 and seems to hold a full 5-bar charge for at least a month.

Solid brass, quite heavy, fits my hose and valves properly, and works as intended. On the expensive side, but I got it to work with my LockNFlate coupler. Unfortunately, a necessary additional cost. Since it's a brass fitting, I expect it to outlast the air hose, coupler, and probably me.
