Yes. I wear a 3x top & it fits me

Q: Will the xxl one for a 22-26 lady?

I bought the "one size fits most" and in my opinion, it runs large. Depending on how much front coverage you want, the XXL should fit. Other reviews say it runs small, but I disagree with that. I'm a size 10-12 and 5'7". It is shorter on me (hits about thigh), but it covers from side to side in the front.

Q: Is this a towel material? Could it be used as a regular towel after the shower?

No I wouldn't say it's close to any towel material as in thin or thick/fluffy kind of towel if that makes any sense. Lol But I know what you're saying. Personally I would NOT like to use it as a towel because the material doesn't feel right for it. I feel better using an actual towel to dry off then use the robe to cover up.
