I love this watch! I've been very hesitant to purchase a no name brand smart watch but my husband wanted a watch to wear at work (he's a diesel technician) and the risk of damaging an expensive watch made us look at lower cost options. This watch is significantly cheaper than the big name brands but it has all the features he was looking for. For reference, we have experience with the galaxy watch active, galaxy watch active 2, galaxy watch 4 and amazon halo (I'm not an apple fan so I can't compare to an apple watch). This has a mixture of all of these watches in one. I love that it has a "find my phone" feature and a flashlight which the Amazon Halo didn't have. Something it has that the galaxy watches and amazon halo don't is the feature where it checks multiple things at once! Spo2, stress level, and heart rate are assessed all at once with the touch of a button instead of having to check each one individually like on the galaxy watches and amazon halo. You do, however, still have the option to check each one individually if you choose and of course the option for continuous monitoring. Pedometer seems to be pretty accurate for steps although I haven't tested it for actual exercise running/jogging etc. or calories burned. Something else it has that samsung and amazon failed to add to their watches is amazon Alexa. It's like having my home echo device on my wrist at all times. I can control my lights and switches at home from anywhere! I'm also really excited about the battery life because the galaxy watches only lasted me [at most] 2 days. This one lasts up to a week! The app this watch connects to is pretty user friendly and straightforward. It has all the basics and you can control the watch faces and setup of the watch along with units of measurement and alerts. It doesn't let you edit sleep, though. Like one night I woke up but stayed in bed for a few hours and it recorded as sleep but I was unable to correct it. Minor cons: the system is a little laggy. Not quite as responsive as any of the galaxy watches I've had. It requires some patience to get to know the system but I got used to it quickly. Another thing is that when I use Alexa to control my home lights/switches it works and turns them on/off when I tell it to but my watch tells me that there was an error. Overall, for the price point it is WELL worth the buy!

I haven't tested the accuracy of the medical functions but for my uses it has far exceeded expectations for the price I paid. The only thing I disliled was the band, (the one with the hidden strap underneath) but that's an extremely easy and cheap fix. The waterproofing has stood up to multiple showers, being pressure washed at a car wash multiple times, and has proven durable enough so far. The screen has scratched recently, but that's on me for not putting on a protector. Will update, I have recently purchased a fancier smartwatch and im genuinely curious what more it could offer. If you're on the fence here, fire it up with confidence. The size is comfortable and it looks classy.

As a first time user, I'm impressed, I like it very. But... I was a little deceived.. thought I could use it as a phone independently, turns out your phone has to be near by for it to function.. but overall, I'd give it an 8..

The watch is functional and has several good features but the but in Alexa app doesn't work. Going on 3 months and when I try to open the app it tells me to go to my Amazon account and log in. Amazon tech support sends me back to online gibber jabber. Waste of money, that app was the main reason I bought this watch.

Bought this for my 9 yr old son for Christmas!!! He literally only takes the watch off to charge it!!! He showers on it!!! It’s Waterproof!!! There is a feature that you can empty out water once out the shower!!!

Already have an expensive smart watch I got using my Visa points. This watch has more features and a battery life that gives this watch a five star. The health numbers are only a guide and could be plus or minus like the drug store free health pressure checks. I was surprised on my sleep patterns. Great watch and price point. Would consider buying another when they are on sale as gifts for family and friends.Issues setting up the warranty but feel by the email sent next day it’s a way to communicate with customers on service. Not sure why they want my mailing address again or if this is hidden by Amazon once order is shipped. I get enough junk email and hope I’m not giving permission for a third party mail list or scams. Appreciate knowing if the warranty took and how long it takes for the free bands for this review. Thanks!

I have owned a lot of smart watches. This one is far superior to other products. I recently bought a Fitbit, but I returned it because this watch has very similar functions and a more affordable price.The instructions are clear and the watch syncs well with my iPhone. The software is excellent. I went to the gym today and the watch monitors very well and lives up to the description by the seller. I would highly recommend this purchase.

Great product easy to connect to an iPhone, easy to use.

I own quite a few smart watches but nothing like this one. I love how you can control everything by just using Alexa. The watch has all the features that you could possibly need. The app is very good also. Some of the watch faces I find are a bit childish but I guess it’s to please everyone. The display is nice and big compared to some other ones. The battery is ok. I think if I didn’t run the heart rate all the time the battery would last longer. If you’re looking for a watch, don’t hesitate. I must also note that customer service is incredible.
