The best I’ve tried.
This actually has worked great for my husband and for me. We were both very surprised, since we didn’t think anything would work on those middle of the night cramps. This stuff actually works. It also recommends that you use it prophylactically which I have done. I did it for about 34 weeks then I stopped. I have not had any more foot cramp since then, but will start using it again if they start up

Excellent foot cramp pain reliever
Expensive but works great for feet cramps. Sometimes it takes a second application, but still my go to foot and leg cramps. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

Excellent for leg cramps
I've been getting severe leg cramps at night. They disappear immediately upon application of foam. I use it prophylactically before I go to bed and during the night. That successfully prevents the cramping. I highly recommend this product for muscle cramps.
