Our boy is very hard on shoes. We've had several brand name pairs of shoes and within two weeks, he has totally destroyed them. Thos is the first pair of shoes we've purchased that won't fall apart. Yes they're a little more expensive, but cheaper then purchasing a par of 40-50.00 pair of shoes ever month. We've had these for two months, and I think they will withstand his foot till he totally grows out of them! I love how durable these are!

Bought these for my 8 year old daughter for our family road trip. I wanted to get her some good waterproof hiking shoes. She never complained about her feet and said they were very comfortable. She loved the color. They were easy for her to get off and on and were nice and snug so she didn't have to worry about them slipping or getting corns. Very happy with my purchase.

It says in the heading these shoes are waterproof, but they are not. My sons feet were soaked after walking in the rain
