I Have only given this clamp 4 stars as I have only used it twice, It works really well went into the stump easily, it held the saw firmly for sharpening, no movement at all. I only have a husky 137 so unsure how well it will do with a much bigger saw. Time will tell if it remains this good after a few more uses, I suspect as long as you don't over tighten the clamp screw it will last for years

Have wanted one for a long time, made a horrible job easier, no need to wedge it between my knees. Great price should got one when I was a younger landscape gardener learning about chainsaw operations.

Perfect bit of kit for the woods, the only thing I'm going to change is the fact the turn screw is a bit small for my hands so I'm going to make a bigger one. Takes a beating also, gos in with a tap from the sledge and comes out perfectly fine

Brlliant Device
Just hammer this into a tree stump or a plank of wood and you've got a solid vice for sharpening your chainsaw. I also put a block of wood under the handle to keep it level.

Bra lösning om man saknar ett bord i skogen, synd att den lämnar lite märken i svärdet och att man behöver ha några bestämda slag för att få båda tänderna att sitta bra i underlaget.

This is a reasonably cheap chainsaw bar vice that works. I drilled a couple of slightly smaller holes that the base of the vice spikes and tapped it in, works like a charm!
