Very well made, easy to fit

I already bought the L7 tube to fit the tele-conversion lens to my Panasonic 303 bridge camera and that cost about £49.00 or therabouts.That does not fit to my new Panasonic 82 bridge camera so I have now bought the L8 tube from Magic at an incredible £15.00 and it works perfectly. That has to be my best buy for a long time so I am delighted to have bought it from your company. Thank you.

Perfect fit for both FZ72 and FZ82, recommended to save your camera's motors when using 1.7x conversion lens and a great way of protecting the lens mech when conversion lens isn't attached. Only minor downside to leaving it on is the vignetting at anything under 5x zoom. Otherwise superb.

Fits well on my Panasonic DMC-FZ72, protecting the moving lens assembly, takes the same size filter that fits the main lens, so you can just unscrew filter from main lens and then screws on the front of the tube instead, Good for telephoto work in bad weather as it protects the moving lens. Works best at Zoom settings above 4x, as there are problems with vignetting at wider angle zoom settings below 4x mag.Fitting a lens hood is a good idea to protect the end of the tube and hence lens filter from hitting hard surfaces, but the hood adds to the length so the zoom settings of camera need to be adjusted to avoid inner edge of hood appearing in outer edge of the shot.

This is a good accessory for the FZ 82 as I have a 1x7 and a x2 magnification lens left over from previous Lumix FZ cameras.The price was a good saving from buying direct from the Panasonic site.Simple screw fit to the body of camera followed by the lens.Just have to ensure you do the conversion manipulation in the menu.Would recommend this adapter.

Necessary for teleconverter.Expensive but nice quality.

It's a tube with a thread at one end to connect it to the camera. You can clip on a macro lens such as Raynox to do close-ups. It was an OK price £13.49 when I bought it three years ago. Now it's selling for over £40. I was going to get one for my daughter, but she can borrow mine or use a piece of rolled up and taped cardboard, until it can be bought for a sensible price.

Protects the camera should it be wet.
