I started taking the regular fire bullets close to a year ago and they worked amazingly for me for several months. If you search my reviews you’ll see amazing results. I then switched to Triple Burn and those worked decently for me. I went back and forth on those two with some chromium picolanate and apple cider vinegar thrown in the mix but none of it was effective like it had been in the first few months. I decided to try the black formula and have been on them a few days now with just one in the morning and my extra supplements. I do feel extra energy without caffeine jitters and my cravings are cut down again. Even with lots of water in finding I’m getting nausea, headaches and a bit of anxiety with them. Hoping I just need to adjust some and they start really working well like the original did for me without the side effects. My weight had started to creep back up so I’m doubly hopeful these will work.Update June 19, 2023I was given a full refund without asking which was very kind but not necessary as I love this company and was just needing to re-adjust and had planned to update my review today without it. It did take me a few days to get adjusted to the new stronger formula but I’m getting there. I’m still at only one a day in the morning right now to make sure I’ll continue to adjust without more issues but have been taking a triple burn in the afternoon or apple cider vinegar gummy’s along with the chromium picolanate and have been doing better. I’m down almost 5 pounds again of the bit of weight I’d gained back recently and hoping to keep going down more and more. The new formula is giving me more energy and focus, helping me lose weight, regulating my body temperature again, reducing my cravings and appetite and making me feel good like I’m making progress. I’d highly recommend this company as they’re all around amazing and I’d highly recommend fire bullets. I’ve lost 49 pounds now (not including the weight I’d gained back and have started to lose as I was at just over 55 pounds lost before. As you can see by the collage I’ve made HUGE weight loss strides since starting with this company and the original fire bullets formula 11 months ago. My weight is ever closer to my younger days and I look and feel younger all around now. You for sure want to give this company a try if you’re needing weight loss and energy help. I’ve never had results like this before with anything I’ve tried. I’ve seen people post about getting jittery and faint and blood pressure changing and such and I’ve not experienced any of that myself but please note they do mention in their product information that you should check with your doctor first, especially if you have high or low blood pressure before starting these. I’ve also seen PCOS issues mentioned and though I do have it these have not caused extra issues for if for me. I’d like to note I do suffer from high blood pressure but it’s down and normal since starting this many months ago. I also have type II diabetes which is more under control now since starting with this company. I’ll be 44 in just over 2 months but not feeling it as much now, I often feel I’m years younger now and for years I was at my highest weights ever and miserable and now with the progress I’m making I plan to keep going, losing more weight and feeling great. I don't know if I had received a bunk batch as I've ordered this before, but as JULY 22nd, 2023, I've had increasingly worse palpitations and shortness of breath, with several trips between the Emergency Department, my Primary Care physician, and now a Cardiologist.I'm a healthy 28 year old nurse with no prior health conditions. I've been on a weight loss journey since February of this year. I decided to purchase these pills as they had great reviews. I don't really know if they aided in my weight loss or not, as I've been plateauing but that's beside the point.I developed a thumping sensation in my chest last Saturday accompanied with shortness of breath with each thump. It was so debilitating that I could not exert myself with any activity, and was fatigued. As a nurse myself with years of experience including emergency medicine, I knew this wasn't normal and brought myself into the Emergency Department, where I was confirmed on the EKG to have an excessive amount of PACs, PVCs, and bigeminy PVCs. Enough to have to be referred to a cardiologist, given Beta Blockers, wear a 14-day heart monitor, and forced off work for the remainder of the week. It's been 10 days since I last took this product and I am STILL experiencing the palpitations, but they've regressed enough that thankfully I can return to work. However, now I have tons of follow up to do with my doctors to ensure that my heart is healthy and nothing serious has happened to it. And I'm unable to exercise or take any caffeine for several weeks, so there goes my fitness push.My doctors were disappointed in me for taking this product. In retrospect, I am too, because I don't even know if even made a difference for my weight loss. It was more detrimental to my health than anything. I'm embarrassed to have resorted to non-prescription, non-FDA approved junk off the internet to try and help me lose weight. If you value your heart and your health, don't do this to yourself.

Reading all of these positive reviews persuaded me to try these "Fire Bullets". I was hoping for the best, and I figured that even if I didnt lose weight, I'd still gain the energy so many people metioned in their reviews... However not a single thing has happened. I took the pills exactly as instructed on the bottle. I weigh exactly the same. I had no curbing of hunger. I had no increase of energy. I already was drinking plenty of water before taking the pills but I even increased my water intake as suggested. My daily workouts actually began to feel like a drag. Which is something i hadnt dealt with before taking the "Fire Bullets". I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. Felt like a scam.*UPDATEI wanted to add stars for customer care. The customer service is probably the best I've seen on Amazon. They contacted me right away and tried to make it right for me. I didnt expect that at all. I wasn't asked to change my review. It was a sincere effort on their end to make it right.

Was a little concerned about getting thr caffeine shakes since I don't drink coffee or soda, so my regular caffeine intake is very low. But it did not. Been taking it for 3 weeks, lost 5 lbs first week, 3 lbs second week and 2 lbs 3rd week, so it seems to be working. Does give me a small energy boost, although it's nothing dramatic. But I'm in my 70s, so every little bit helps! And it is an effective appetite suppressant - I'm eating two small meals a day and I'm not hungry.
