Treats do not come out every time, tried different sized treats and even different balls......

Great doggy activity
Thought at first I bought a toy that was going to be a bit too much for my border collie puppy but after a day or two of playing she soon clicked on to it

Great idea but.....
Great idea but unfortunately it does not dispense the treat every time the ball is dropped. Tried various types and sizes of treats and they don't come out reliably so the activity looses it's value. We even tried different balls to improve the functionality but it didn't.We tried to follow the return process but it said the item couldn't be returned. Spoke to Amazon customer services and a refund was promptly issued.

Entertains my puppy
I bought this for my puppy who is obsessed with his ball and putting it in spaces I don't want it! It took a while for him to work out what to do but works well now. Treats are not dispersed every time but that's okay.

Doesn’t work
When you drop the ball in, the pedal isn’t held down for long enough to release any treats - making the whole thing both frustrating for the dog and useless as a tool for enrichment/keeping your dog busy.

Not worth the money
We bought this stage 3 puzzle for our 12 week puppy. Within 10mins the ball was chewed and he was pressing the lever to get the treats out.

Doesn’t dispense treats
Having brought as a Christmas present for my dog, we finally tried it out yesterday and it doesn’t dispense the treats! Dropping the ball in is meant to push the base bit down which then is meant to release the treats and it just doesn’t do this. Managed after a few times to get one treat out but by then the dog was bored of the toy and I think getting annoyed at the noise it makes when you drop in the ball. I don’t recommend buying this item.

Poor performance
The media could not be loaded. I have to throw a ball indoors for my westie bought this for her to play with by herself it’s a joke barely leaves machine my pet wasn’t interested and I don’t blame her, they won’t refund so £19.99 wasted Don’t Buy this
