**Q: Can the neutral colour be used for both black and brown shoes?**
A: Yes. Neutral is a non coloured polish and can be used on any colour of shoe or boot.

**Q: How do you open this if it doesn't come with the twisty thing? (Mine came in a plain can.)**
A: Hello, I guess you ordered a box in 250ml or 500ml, these boxes open with a flat screwdriver.

To renovate a faux leather, I recommend the product, "tenax dye", in aerosol.

**Q: what is the difference between this and the D'or 1925 Delux range?**
A: Saphir Médaille d'Or products are the top of the brand, richer and more nourrishing, and the best we can propose to you, but the colour choice is limited to the classic colours for men's shoes, whereas in the Saphir range you'have a much larger choice. But you only need Pâte de Luxe of either range if you want to glaze your shoes, otherwise you can perfectly care for them with a Pommadier Sahir Médaille d'Or or Saphir only.
