Solid equipment for hand techniques
This is a very durable and very effective ring for Wing Chun practice, as well as for other martial arts drills. I tested mine out as soon as it arrived, and it was an amazing piece of equipment for sharpening my form.

Nice product. Not perfectly welded and finished as I had hoped, but, no sharp edges or burrs. Overall functional and good for the price.

Small metal ring for practicing.
In Wing Chun you practice basics like Bong Sau & the different size rings help determine the space between your arms. The ring is also ideal for chi sau practice. It is a metal ring about 8 or 9 inches diameter. It is smaller than the rattan rings which are usually about 14 inches in diameter. You can also see them compared to some bamboo rings which I have . Great for honing
The ring came nicely packaged. It's sturdy and feels smooth, no rough edges or dents. There is no flexing of the metal even when I tried to bend it. It looks like it will last and hold up against abuse from constant workouts. This with its price is a good value. Will by again

Rattling Sounds Are Distracting
Overall, I like the product's feel and weight; however, it sounds like something is rattling in the metal tubes that form the ring. It is quite distracting. I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to be, but either way...

Bin sehr zufrieden.
Bin sehr zufrieden. Trainiere auch mit Rattan Ring, selber Durchmesser. Gut verarbeitet, Kräftigungseffekt etwas höher, da mehr Gewicht als Rattan.
