1000 Roses Biome Balancing Day Cream

Hydrating and refreshing with the perfect rose scent (not overwhelming, nor geriatric). Highly recommend!

This is the first review I have ever written! I am so disappointed with the new 1000 roses day crème formula! I have used this product for years and absolutely loved it! The original formula was soft and silky and was a perfect base under foundation allowing it to flow and blend smoothly. And the rose smell was heavenly! The new product is a different color and texture, has a very unpleasant smell and is sticky when applied, soaks right in and feels very drying and irritating. I ordered a second jar thinking the first was defective, but the second was just as terrible! I cannot imagine why Andalou thought this replacement product would please their customers! Please bring back the old formula! I will be throwing away the 2 jars I ordered and will not buy again unless the old formula returns. So disappointing….

I love this product line l have very sensitive skin & this particular line of creams & items work beautifully my skin looks healthy & unbelievable good for my age , nothing makes a woman feel happy when she looks younger than she is naturally 10 out of 10 l would give this product.

I don't understand why Andalou is changing the 1000 Roses product line! First the foaming face wash, and now the day cream! And both changes have been detrimental. But let's focus on this day cream... If you can even call it a cream. Just look at the pictures I've included. This stuff is more like beige curdled milk. It doesn't moisturize, it won't absorb into your skin, it smells bad, it's chunky, and it burns when you apply it. At first I was convinced I received an expired jar, but then I investigated other reviews and saw that everyone else is saying the same thing! Like many others, I thought I was ordering the original product (beautiful day cream) but received this "new and improved" sludge instead. You can't even get the original anymore. I have loved Andalou for years, but if they are starting a trend of downgrading all of their products one at a time, then they will soon be out of business! Andalou, please bring back the original 1000 Roses day cream and face wash!

This used to be my go-to. I had never been more loyal to a product in my life. It was divine. This new version has a funky, strong smell and it's missing that slippery texture the old one had. Please, please, please bring back the old formula!!!

Fragrance is very light. Cream is lightweight and glides on easily. My skin is very sensitive. There is no irritation. Natural beauty ctream.

I have been using the 1000 Roses day cream for years. I was so sad when they discontinued the old version. I decided to try the new Biome Balancing version. At first, i was worried that the product had gone bad- it had an unpleasant scent and the texture was really inconsistent- almost grainy. I used it since it was a new formula and I assumed it was how it was supposed to be. I will say that it is very light and feels more or less like the old version, but with the scent and texture are really unpleasant to me. I'm on my 2nd tub and it smells and looks the same as the first one. I will likely try to find a different moisturizer that has a more pleasant scent. I loved the original so much, this one is definitely a disappointment.
