First Frets for 1/4 Violin / 11" Viola

Perfect for beginners. Now my kids have visual reference that helps them during violin practice. It also helps me to concentrate on some other stuff and not just intonation when they play. Also allows them to practice without me with better results so when I work with them, we can now fine tune the piece instead of just starting from the basics. Huge time saver.By the way this review is for ¼ violin. I know it’s missing 1 in the description. But judging by the length of the viola you can assume that this piece is for ¼ violin and not for the full size (4/4).

Make sure it say for a full size violin, for 4/4 violin, or you will get the wrong one. This is a great product for a beginner, but when you take it off, it does leave a impression of where the sticker was, and is hard to get it back to even with the rest of the finger board.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 1/2 SIZE VIOLIN, 3/4 SIZE VIOLIN, 4/4 SIZE VIOLIN, OR 14 INCH VIOLA. THE FRETTING MARKER IS TOO SMALL FOR ANY OF THOSE INSTRUMENTS. THE PICTURE AND TITLE ARE COMPLETELY MISLEADING.

These were recommended so I'm sure they are pretty good but mine peels off on the sides.

I've used these for years and have bought them for my children and grandchildren. Highly recommended.

Applying First Fret to the violin is effortless. It has truly improved my 7 year old granddaughter's playing and she is able to play in tune!

Agree with the previous review - the title and picture for this item are misleading. Will not fit a 4/4 violin as pictured. Title is not clear - ?/4 violin. Please correct this so the title is clear and actually matches the item as pictured.
