Good quality cotton and soft. Expect they will last a while

I keep reordering these handkerchiefs because they are the most sneezeworthy of any I have found. They probably wouldn’t be my first choice as a dress suit pocket square, but for everyday use they look fine and wear like iron (although I have never ironed mine). I just got rid of all my other non-GB hankies and replaced them with more GBs, and after washing couldn’t see any difference in thickness between the new GBs and the ones I have had, and machine washed weekly, for more than two years.

Great size 17 x 17 Could be thicker, more substantial. Do have to iron but that is what is always required for 100% cotton.

These are a pretty good value. Well made. Being all cotton, though, if not folded immediately coming out of the dryer, they're a little wrinkled -- consider, though, that you don't generally go parading around town making an issue of the fact you're carrying a handkerchief, so that should, I would think, be a moot matter! The handkerchiefs don't loss much (if any) size going through a hot dryer cycle; I’m a guy and I don’t make washing clothes a science or a gala affair – it’s just something that has to be done because clothes must be clean – and fresh underwear, socks and hankies available every day (as if you want to know all that)! :>) And when the handkerchiefs are folded -- even after left in a cold dryer for a day or so, they do so nicely. I believe I'm here on my third order -- I've got big-time sinus issues (and sometimes nose bleeds) and I've not even considered switching brands – why? They beat the heck out of ‘blend’ handkerchiefs (which really are more for show). And they’re very soft, minimizing risks of chaffing the areas just below my nostrils due to frequent nose-wiping/blowing. These handkerchiefs go well through their wash cycle and come out looking good and clean! Even after the occasional nosebleed! Of course, they only hold up for so long, which is true with anything that’s used often -- and that's why every few months I get another order. The old (clean) used ones I simply use as cleaning wipes around the house, etc. -- needless to say, I'm quite satisfied with this product. Mind you, again, it's not a breast-pocket hankie, but it's excellent for base purposes. DWO

Good to be able to find online. Stores around us didn't carry white cotton handkerchief. Wash well, stay white, soft, good value for money. Not thin.

Yes they wrinkled when they came out of the dryer, but they were thick like handkerchiefs used to be made, with quality. To me functionality is more important than looks.

These are great! Firstly, they come in a nice package, tied with a ribbon - a lovely presentation if you plan to give them as a gift. Secondly, they are large and very absorbent (and they air dry quickly!). Taken straight out of the drier they are mostly wrinkle-free except for the edges, but a quick iron will make them nice and crisp if that's what you prefer. I've washed them several times and see no fraying on the edges, so they are holding up very well. There is some shrinkage after the first wash, which is to be expected from cotton, but they are still a good size. I bought these to use as an alternative to paper towels in the kitchen. When I'm preparing food I wash my hands a lot, and wash off produce, and I can easily go through a roll of paper towels in a day! And I use paper towels because I don't want to reuse the same [germy] towel over and over, especially when handling food. I needed a good alternative to paper towels, both to save money, and to help the environment. These are a great size for exactly what I need - drying my hands, wiping down produce, a quick mop-up of the counter - and into the wash they go! They take up very little room in the laundry, so they won't add to your energy or water usage. I bought several packages and loved them so much I just bought two more. These are a fantastic alternative to wasteful paper towels!
