very pleased.
Bought to go with its matching kettle for a partially furnished flat. Wanted good quality at a good price. Warehouse deal so happy with price. It is good looking and reasonable size. After I bought it I did think perhaps I should have gone for a four slice, but this is quite quick and I think will be fine as it will be mainly used by husband whilst away. It has a variable dial and a button to quick pop, it also has a wire warm rack. Overall very pleased and although I would certainly buy again for a flat, for my home I would want a four slice toaster, having said that if they make one I would buy it as I am very happy with quality.

Crumb tray easy removed for cleaning and with the clean modern lines ...
Just replaced my toaster with this Bosch 2 slice model. What a difference, within approx, one and a half minutes my toast was ready, set between 2--3. Using a small loaf the slices fit completely in, therefore no turning bread over .Both sides evenly toasted.Does get a little warm so care needs to be taken when handling , dimensions are suitable for any worktop ,not being overly large, Crumb tray easy removed for cleaning and with the clean modern lines of design looks well in my kitchen. Is well worth the very reasonable price tag and being Bosch of good quality,I thoroughly recommend this product to anyone thinking of buying it.

Perfectly good little toaster
I agonised for far too long before making my purchase, reading all the positive and negative reviews of all compact two slot toasters, when I finally realised most of them said the same range of pros and cons about every toaster.Yes, if you only toast one piece at a time one side comes out darker than the other. But that's because one side is effectively getting toasted by 3 heating elements (ie the two elements from the empty slot too), and the other by only one. If you do two slices at once, this doesn't happen - you get perfectly even toast.Yes, the top of the bread sometimes sticks out of the toaster, but if the slot was deep enough for longer loaves, you'd never get the crumpets out at all (another common complaint of most toasters). Solution? When your single slice of toast comes out a bit uneven, turn it round and upside down, so the paler bits get a full blast of heat, just for a few seconds, pop it out, and hey presto, perfect toast. I've never had a slice with completely untoasted "raw bread" at the top, so it doesn't bother me if it's not completely even, but again, if it really is an issue for you, just turn it upside down and retoast for a few seconds. Job done. .Yes, the sides do get hot, but I've never had a toaster that didn't. When you think about the amount of heat that's generated, unless the casing is built like an Apollo landing craft, it's probably inevitable. Some of the fat boy toasters might be better insulated to prevent this, but really, do you want something that looks like a winnebago sitting on your kitchen worktop?I haven't tried it with crumpets etc yet, but the slot certainly looks wide enough. And if they don't miraculously rise to the surface cos the slot is deeper than the contents, a bit of CAREFUL fishing with the point of a knife usually does the job in about 2 seconds. No big deal.Oh, and yes, it does go with my kitchen and other appliances. But that's only helpful to you if your kitchen looks exactly like mine, and you also have the same appliances. And in case you were wondering, it also arrived very promptly and beautifully packaged. So, a perfectly good, functional neat little toaster, well built, nice looking, not too expensive, does the job required of it. I've only given it 4 stars cos at the end of the day it is just a functional little toaster, it's not going to change my life. Just buy it. Unless you like winnebagos in your kitchen, in which case buy one of them.

Great toast!
I bought this toaster in a bit of a rush as my old one (different brand) had just ‘blown up’ and of course during lockdown, I wasn’t able to get to any shops. I therefore had to rely on Amazon for another one. There weren’t many to choose from for 2-slice toasters (it’s only me, so didn’t want a 4-slicer!) and chose this Bosch one as it had good ratings and wasn’t black. It has not disappointed - it toasts a wholemeal type of sourdough bread that I have really well and far better than any toaster I’ve had previously, which left this particular type of bread a bit soggy in the middle. I’ve also used it for hot cross buns (they fit in easily) and turned down the heat, and they also toasted beautifully. Love it.I must add that after I’d placed my order, I was informed that the delivery was going to take a week (a long time without a toaster!) but I was delighted when it arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Thank you Amazon.

Good looking easy to use toaster.
Neat and efficient toaster. Bought to match kettle, easy to clean. Looks good and smaller than last one so fits neatly on worksurface. A good toaster.

Bread Size!
Just bought this toaster after our old Breville refused to stay down when putting bread into it. This toaster is very basic by comparison, just two controls one for length of time, and the other to immediately make the toast pop up. It does however have one major flaw, and that is it will not accept a normal full size piece of bread and toast it in one go. The bread has to be stood upright (not put in sideways as is the usual method, and as such does not toast the top inch or two of the bread. Continental bread must be smaller than our standard size! If you use small loaves of bread you will be fine, but if you use the standard sized bread, then you will need to turn the toast upside down after the first cycle and then reinsert the bread. Apart from that flaw it is just a good very basic toaster, which is quite expensive when compared to the others that accept normal sized bread.UPdate, my Wife says it does take normal sized bread, but it is a very tight fit, the piece I used was frozen so that may have stopped it going into the toaster. I will leave the rating the same though, due to it being basic and flimsy.

Buona qualita. Comodo da usare.
Molto comodo e ben Isolato.

This toaster is not made for Spanish outlets, but rather for U.K.
