ProTEKtAire 4000 Low Air Loss/Alternating Pressure Mattress System

This matress is horrible, first off it didnt fit the hospital bed at all it left a gap at the head at least 8 inches. 2nd it will not hold air at all in the area where it is needed most. My grandma is sitting on the metal frame. We've had it for less than 2 months and are having to buy another now!!

My wife is a quadraplegic she loves the matress . And has had no bed sores

So far, so good, just purchased June 2018. Since purchasing the Protekt 4000 mattress, my 94 year-old, bedridden parent's skin is less red, less irritated, and, most importantly, no bedsores. It did take a few nights to get used to the "alternating" function of the mattress, but all seems comfortable at this point. This appears to be a good product, but will see how it does over the long term, of course.

This Mattress saggs in the middle making it impossible for elderly people to get in and out ofNot sure if it's just this mattress that's defective or notVery disappointed

Used for stroke patient worked great skin looking better, noisy from compressor however still great product.

Bought this for my son who has a tbi,Unable to walk.was great go 3months then started sagging in the middle with woegjt on it ,no leak just won't pump enough air .waiting for new pump.Them will see what happens.

what's the point that when you press the static button it turn off automatic when 20 mins has passed, i want the static to stay....

Love this product! The alternating pressure is a wonderful feature and the low air flow keeps the skin dry and comfortable. The company was also very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue when we had a problem.
