Royal and Langnickel Sketching / Drawing Artist Easel

It’s a decent set but it’s very flimsy and crunches every time you open or close the lid like it’s going to break, the mechanism to keep th easel up is non existent, you just tighten the bolts which due to their design can be difficult due to their positioning in relation to the lid, the carrier case design is horrendous as everytime you use the handle to pick it up, all of the pencils in the top section fall out of place, it’s decent but I’m not sure how long it’ll last and I’m not sure on it’s practibility, certainly dont pay what it’s claiming is retail price, it’s light years from that worth

I never thought I'd want to draw or sketch in my life after my hopeless attempts at school but this is all that a beginner artist could want and then some! It's got everything from a pencil sharpener and erasers to what I consider to be at least intermediate level things like a poseable model and 2 thin packs of paper specifically for drawing and sketching. It's ideal for anything you could want to draw or sketch and will last me a very long time!I read a few reviews on Amazon saying that the customers were disappointed because the item seemed to be second hand which worried me but mine definitely isn't and I'd willingly pay the full price for it... it's definitely worth every penny!

Lovely item.Houses everything you need for sketching which makes tidying away and storing easier. Could easily pack in the car for a trip.Items are good quality.No damage as per some previous reviews. Item looks good quality.

The Royal and Langnickel Sketching/Drawing Artist Easel, was purchased from Amazon.co.uk as a gift for my nephew, he was delighted with it. The whole family watched in fascination as he opened the box and revealed the contents. Each draw was packed with every thing one would need to create a master piece. I am eagerly awaiting my nephew' landscape of 'The Angel of The North'.I can honestly say with hand on heart I would recommend this item to any one, be they novice and just starting out, or an experienced artist. All pro's and no con's.

This is a superb piece of equipment. The only downside is that when you pick the item up when you have finished the top layer of pencils etc fall out as they have nothing to keep them down

I love there is tons of high quality pencil and tool I'm jealous of my 11 year old daughter come with a despricion of each thing only thing was that the travel was not very good one of the pencil was snapped but my daughter .

11 year granddaughter was delighted with her Christmas present. We personalised the case with her initials & illustration. Believe this case will assist with her creative development & compliment TV and computer games etc.
