Bulk 100 g Rhodiola Rosea, Packaging May Vary

Smells as it should, unlike my bum..Taste is strong and works well, also like my bum.Gives me an improved mood & motivation and helps with winter

I went for the powder because it is way better value than the capsules and it has a good specification of 4% rosavins (according to the packet, although it is somewhat disconcerting that the listing and the packet disagree.)Look out for the tiny spoon which I didn't find until I was half way through the packet. It really helps as you don't need to take much.I can't say I actually notice the difference when I take it, but I did quite a bit of research and it seems to have a lot of established health benefits.Beware that it tastes nasty.

NOT SURE ABOUT THIS AS IT IS NOT CLEAR WHICH COUNTRY IT ORIGINATES FROM AND I LIKE TO KNOW. ALSO IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO KNOW THE ORIGIN OF THE MALTODEXTRIN AND WHETHER IT IS GMO FREE.

Up side: it's a great price for Rhodiola.Down side: this stuff tastes unbelievably foul.We regularly juice bitter greens, down spirulina, etc, and we're used to bitter herbal decoctions, but wow, this is nasty. This is the first powdered supplement that has had me searching for empty capsules to fill because neither of us can choke this down as is, mixed with juice, in a shot of water... There's no way to mask the taste and if you want to take 1-2g daily, it's a substantial enough quantity that nothing will cover the taste. It's bitter and acrid. That being said, it appears to be suitably potent but I can't comment on the effectiveness due to how unpalatable it is and the fact it's made it impossible for us to take it regularly.

Good price-quantity ratio; not a perfect taste, but it is easy and quick for me to put in a capsule and it works perfectly fine.

Seems to be good quality and doesn't taste bad at all. Works very well in a bowl of muesli in the morning for some extra energy. The little measure scoop is a nice touch.
