I was dubious when I purchased this as I twas recommend to me. After my knee replacement I was travelling in the car on a long journey. I used this and it kept my knee super cold and offered relief. Easy to use, smells nice too. Quite expensive but worth it.

Not sure if the picture does it justice, but it's a really simple idea - elasticated bandage stays in place really effectively, with Velcro to help. I walked a mile and it stayed in place. Whilst in place it creates a cool, but not icy feeling. Really helped the soreness. I've spent loadsa money on straps with ice packs, none of them helped, but this is brilliant!

First bought in New Zealand, proved itself there by reducing swelling on an ankle injury. Only occasional use now but still proven effective.

this product brings a certain amount of relief to my treatment of osteoarthritis and is easy to use and last up to two hours

Good product my sports therapist uses this product and steered me to this make but this one only has a little amount of product for it has the muslin cloth but you may have one in which case I suggest buy a large spray can of same fluid. This cools the joint pleasantly not harsh as ice and can still be felt upto half hour after it off.

The Physicool bandage was initially provided by the hospital after a knee replacement.It releaves the pain and gave relief that It was purchased for home use
