Creamy & Easy to Use
Really like this goat milk powder. It mixes easily and has a smooth, creamy taste without a lot of fuss. Iโve been using it in coffee and smoothies, and it also works well in recipes. The 2 lb bag is a great value and should last a while.

Great tasting high quality goat milk powder
Good tasting powered milk. Great texture and dissolves/mixes well! 1 scoop (scoop provided) in a cup of water makes a great good tasting mixture! Very versatile and we use in lattes and matcha lattes. Pure ingredients

Convenient, taste great and cost effective!
First, I am very pleased with the purchase. I compared fresh goat milk (fat, protein, sodium, etc.) that I purchase at our grocery store and found that it takes 5 scoops (equals 1/3 cup) to one cup of water, which is what they state as a reconstituted formula on the website (one part powder to 3 parts water). At that ratio, it is only 26 servings per 2 lbs, and slightly less that the price of fresh goat milk at the grocer. Still, it is convenience which is why I purchased this initially. If I am out of goat milk, now I can make it at home. The taste is a little stronger than the fresh goat milk I buy, but this is from New Zealand goats, which, their grass may be different than that in the US. Overall, great taste, comparable cost (when used at their ratio) and definitely convenient. Highly recommend.

Taste may be an acquired one
I am new to goat milk and purchased to support bone health. I read the flavor is mild, so I was not expecting the strong taste when I added the powder to my coffee. I won't be adding it to coffee again. I will try adding it to a smoothie, one with a stronger flavor profile. It is definitely a taste that needs to be acquired, and it may not be for me. That said, it dissolved quickly and cleanly.
